DELIVERY
Inca Dream aim to dispatch goods in stock within 24 hours of receiving your order.You will receive an email confirming your order, dispatch date and total amount to be charged to your credit card.
Every effort is made to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Although UK deliveries will arrive within 2 working days of dispatch and international deliveries normally within 5 -10 working days, we ask you to allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Delivery charges, using UK Royal Mail, are as follows:-
£2.50 for orders up to £35
£5.00 for orders £35 to £85
Foc for orders over £85
REFUND POLICY
You, the Customer, have a 7 day "cooling off" period, from the day you receive your goods, in which time you have the right to cancel and return your order, for a full refund, including any original delivery costs.
To do this you should advise us by email at info@incadream.co.uk and we will send you a returns number.
We will need to receive the goods back in perfect condition, in the original packaging and suitable for resale.
Return delivery costs will be paid by you.
IMPERFECT GOODS
We take great care to ensure that your order is in perfect condition and fault free so if packaging is damaged on receipt of you order you must sign the carriers ticket as "damaged". Failure to do this may result in your claim being rejected.
You must advise us immediately, preferably by email, and we will send you a returns number and authourisation to precede.
Where the claim is valid we will replace or refund in full the value of the damaged/faulty goods and return delivery costs will be paid by Inca Dream.
Please be aware that legal action may be taken against persons who damage goods in order to return them to us as faulty.
